There are 24 videos in total, most last 2 or 3 minutes and the longest is around 5 minutes, they are delivered by email in sequence over a 60 day period (1 video every 2 or 3 days). I cover many techniques including; choosing a profitable niche, buying a domain, setting up hosting, writing the eBook, creating a sales page, uploading to the web, setting it all up to sell through ClickBank and finally how to promote and drive free traffic to the sales page. (these same methods have enabled me to set up an ongoing income stream that takes no work whatsoever to maintain).

For the benefit of these new readers, particularly, this is a short recap on where we are and how we got here.

Back in Feb‘08 I was a complete beginner in the world of internet marketing, I had been operating a successful part time eBay enterprise but desperately wanted to take my business to the ‘next level’.

Great! I knew the answers but I had no idea how to ‘DO IT’.

Apologies for the less than perfect screen capture but I’m learning as I go!

Whilst we are on the subject that reminds me of a forum post I read recently about taking action with your online project.

Is it better to take months producing the ‘perfect’ product or to just get it ‘out there’ and correct/improve it as you go?

I’m firmly in the get it ‘out there’ camp as you can tell from my video efforts!

I know my limitations and I have a tendency to research an idea for too long then try to create perfection with the result often being that I get sidetracked and my great idea gets replaced by another or I just lose interest.

That’s why this time I’m determined to just do it and ‘course correct’ on route. If I’d sat down to plan and produce a series of videos to cover all of the methods I intend to cover I’d still be at the planning stage!

As it is, I have 3 videos online (not perfect, but I think you can follow the messages) and a growing list of people eagerly anticipating the next one.

Following this strategy does require input from the most important group of people in this partnership……. YOURSELVES!

So please don’t hold back, tell me what you want to learn and whether you are happy with the way I’m trying to teach it.

Remember that making money online isn’t rocket science! It is just a case of following lots of simple steps. I learned the techniques I am passing on to you during a 16 week coaching program so don’t expect to see the light at the end of the tunnel after 3 videos! There is a lot more work to be done but I will be here to guide you every step of the way.

I’ve been desperate to start delivering the information that I Know you are all looking forward to (judging by the number of emails and sign-ups I’ve had to my blog!)

I’ve been ‘burning the midnight oil’ getting my head around Camtasia and you can see the results by clicking the link above.

My feeling with projects like this is to deliver the information in an easily digestible format as quickly as possible, for this reason I haven’t included any frills or fancy zoom and pan effects. My videos reflect my personality, what you see is what you get…. straight forward advice with no catches. I’d rather you can use and benefit from the information now than spend the next month doing a Spielberg masterpiece and keep all of my eager readers waiting!

That’s not to say I don’t welcome your feedback, let me know what you think, can you understand my message? If not let me know what I can do to improve it.

I haven’t got a delivery schedule planned but propose to post one or two videos a week until I’ve passed on all of the methods I have learned and am now practicing myself with great success.

Remember, this isn’t complicated, making money online is all about following a series of simple steps. It will take a certain amount of determination and time to see it through, but, then doesn’t everything worthwhile?
