Title 

The most important component of your listing is the title as it contains the words that your potential buyers are searching for. If your title does not contain the right keywords or misspelled keywords your item will not appear in your buyers search results.

Subtitles are a waste of money, as the eBay search engine doesn’t search them.

A good tip when considering your title is to check eBay Pulse (click on ‘site map’ top right of the eBay Homepage, eBay Pulse is located in the ‘More ways to find items’ column on the left) eBay Pulse is a continually updated list of the most popular search words in each category. Choose your category and try to incorporate as many of the top 10 search terms as you can in your title.

Remember eBay allows 55 characters in titles (including spaces) so don’t waste them on any words that your buyers won’t be searching for.
