Another great post. I really enjoy reading your work. I think you are right to name and shame and if this helps a few others not to fall into the same trap it will be well worth it.

I signed upto twitter just over a week ago and am steadily building a large list of followers and I find it a great way to include your site address in any updates for all to see.

Thanks so much for the open and honest account of what happened. It just goes to show that when you operate a business online, ultimately everything becomes transparent. Your most important online asset is your reputation, so it never pays in the long run to be distrustful. I hope your customers understand that this unfortunate situation arose due to no fault of your own and that the scam artist gets his just deserts. Most importantly, I hope that you and your readers (including me!) will learn from this experience. Keep up the good work!
