    Hi Stuart,

Brilliant product and so easy to follow. I just bought a couple of the recommended items within the price range specified really easily. I find Cecil Aldin always sells well in my antiques centre so know it is a great area to get into. My biggest challenge will be destroying a book!

It occurs to me that you could sell an ‘inner circle’ membership where you recommend lucrative items to buy on a monthly basis…I’m watching this space for that.

    Enjoy the journey.

    Mandy

This Instant Expert is the greatest!. I look forward every day to see an e-mail from either you or Deb. Just purchased it last night, printed it out today and can’t wait until the weekend to start searching. My mind is spinning with ideas for new products.
Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and experiences.

    This sounds very interesting.
I was just wondering do I need to be familiar with your book “prints make profits” & “print sorcery” to be successful with this product or is this course a comprehensive course covering the topics elaborated in your other books.
    Thank You.

      Hi Moe

The Cecil Aldin Instant Expert course is a self contained course with all of the information you need to source and sell profitably in this very popular niche.

You don’t need to buy any other products to make this work.

    Hi Stuart,

Are you aware of a supplier of the mounts, backs and bags in Australia. I know the one in the UK you mentioned but they won’t mail to Australia (I was surprised too?). I haven’t tried the US one yet as postage from America tends to be expensive.

      Hi Sharon

My advice is to search your local eBay site for mount/mat suppliers. You really need a local supplier because bulk orders will be quite heavy and expensive to ship.

I know your products are worth every penny and more! My hesitation (even though it is just an itty bitty one) is wondering if it would be something I really need to buy since I have purchased other guides on selling prints from you. I am guessing that this guide’s tips can be used on other illustrators as well?

      Hi Dana

      Thanks for your question!

Although this new course is focused on one particularly popular and lucrative eBay niche it does indeed contain techniques that will help you to differentiate your listings from the competition in other niches as well.

I thought so, thanks Stuart! Will be purchasing for sure now. Everything I have purchased from you has been well worth it.

Stuart, I have heard that it is not a good idea to research vintage prints, say on ebay and you find the book where the prints come from to offer the same prints on ebay but at a lower price (seems like competition to me) as that will detract from the business for everyone. But to offer similar prints instead. For example, Cecil Alden prints. Would it be wise to offer the same prints as everybody else at lower price, or offer similar prints?

      Thanks for your question, Larry

I quite agree that competing solely on price is a bad idea because it results in progressively lower prices and eventually no profit margin.

In my Instant Expert course I teach my tried and tested methods for differentiating your items from the competition. I never compete on price but focus my efforts on making my offering more attractive to the bidders (there are lots of very subtle but very effective techniques to achieve this) – this leads to higher final values not lower ones.
