Last week I received an email from one of my newsletter readers (thanks for the ‘heads up’ Keith!) who had a new product to add to our “rogues gallery” of products to avoid (check out the September 20th post).
Keith had purchased “auto mass traffic” having received a promo email but was so hacked off by the endless sequence of ‘one time offers’ that he requested a refund.
This product looks like a clone of “auto traffic avalanche” the product I warned you about in my Sept 20th post. It has the same outlandish claims to make you a fortune with very little work, the same earnings ‘proof’ screenshots, the same ‘one time offer’ and fake scarcity tactics.
A quick check of the ClickBank stats and it is obvious that this product is selling very well indeed (gravity in excess of 1,000%!!).
This got me thinking “WHY?”
Why do thousands of people believe that they can make a fortune by plugging in a piece of software that they purchased for $27?
And the answer is simple — the reason they believe is because they WANT to believe.
There are millions of people desperately searching for a better life, people who feel trapped in low paid jobs they despise. People who lost their jobs or suffered pay freezes/cuts in the recession. Disabled or retired people who need to supplement meagre welfare or pension payments, the list goes on and on.
These ‘desperate buyers’ are only too happy to suspend their natural cynicism the second they are presented with an easy/inexpensive solution to their problems and they grab it with both hands like a drowning man grabbing a life jacket.
Is it any surprise then that there are hordes of unscrupulous marketers ready to join this feeding frenzy and grab themselves an easy meal?
I too was a desperate buyer not so very long ago but having tried all of the ‘push button – instant riches’ products without success I finally realized that the words “autopilot” and “instant” didn’t belong in the same sentence as the words “sustainable” and “income”.

A useful by-product of learning how to spot the warning signs of what products to avoid is that I can now spot a genuine opportunity from a thousand metres!
When I first read about Beth Sawickie’s “Public Domain Made Easy” my instincts told me this was indeed a genuine opportunity.
I was already aware of this particular business model having seen it used successfully by a number of online entrepreneurs that I trust. These people are building profitable and sustainable online businesses by taking public domain material (which costs them nothing) and creating valuable information products that they can duplicate and sell over and over again.
This business can be done by ANYONE because it requires no technical skill or investment whatsoever.
But it wasn’t the business model that I found so compelling rather Beth’s unusual approach to it.
Beth is a public domain expert and she noticed that most people doing this business are sourcing their products from public domain material that is very old, often 100 years old or more. She realized that if she focused her efforts on searching more recent material she would be able to create products that were more current AND she would have little or no competition.
In “Public Domain Made Easy” Beth teaches you, step by step how to QUICKLY find a list of potential public domain items in your chosen niche, how to quickly and easily research them and how to do all this for free.
She uses just 4 training videos accompanied by a 25 page guide (I told you this was easy to copy!) to demonstrate the whole surprisingly quick process.
What most convinced me that this was a genuine opportunity though was Beth’s offer to provide support by answering questions and providing advice by email (I tested this and was delighted with her speedy and helful response!).
My favorite part of the whole package is the 54 page “Spy Report” which is packed with real life screen shot examples of sellers making substantial and sustainable profits on eBay, this is a real ‘eye opener’ and can’t fail to spark your imagination with idea after idea to kick off your own public domain business.
So, if you too are sick of the “push button, autopilot riches” hype and BS but want a genuine, solid business plan that you can follow to make real, ongoing profits then you really should take a very close look at Beth Sawickie’s “Public Domain Made Easy” and to prove that she really is one of the genuine operators she was delighted to agree to my request for a special discount for you!

Howdy Stuart,
The thing I like about the majority of folks striving on the internet is their willingness to be real, open and honest.
Maybe because its easier to share our fears with a screen rather than another judgmental person but whatever the reason, I am enjoying the straightforward communication.
In my opinion, you are a leader in the integrity movement Stuart, I'm glad to know of you.
Thanks pal, have a grand day.

Stuart-
Thank you again for your invaluable advice. There are too many marketers out there that try to take advantage, you are not one of them. I picked up Beth's Public Domain Made Easy a while back out of the My Silent Team Bonus Pool. I haven't tried it yet but it is presented in a clear and consise way. I plan on giving it a try shortly.
