In last week’s post I talked about the reasons why you should sell vintage collectibles if you want to make money on eBay and I shared the results from my own auctions where I sold nine pages from old books for a total of over $600!
(Print Sorcery – Turning Ratty Old Books Into Money on eBay)
It is clear from the many emails and comments I have received that there is a huge interest in how I do what I do on eBay.
In response to your requests and interest, I have created a brand new multimedia product, Print Sorcery to teach you all of my research, sourcing techniques and trade secrets in an easy to follow step by step way.
In it you will find a SEVEN video, SIX PDF document series that will easily guide you to success in the vintage & antique print selling business.
I created two preview videos to help you get started selling in this very profitable niche!
In video one watch over my shoulder as I research eBay for rare & valuable prints.
Video two shows you the exact steps I take to source those very same prints for a fraction of their eBay value!

This is great Stuart! eBay is a good place to earn we just have to learn more about it. And as I can see your Print Sorcery will be a great help for many. Keep it going, goodluck!

It’s clear to see that this does work, and you’ve become the go-to expert on how it’s done. It looks like a great product you’ve put together.

Hi Stuart
I am interested in Print Sorcery, but have a couple of questions please.
Firstly, I am based in the UK so wonder if this would work here as I use Ebay.co.uk ( or can I sell on Ebay.com?)
Secondly, probably most of the books are sourced from the US, would this still be profitable bearing in mind postage costs?
Thank you

Thanks for your questions, John
I too am based in the UK and list my prints on ebay.co.uk, I pay an additional 10p listing fee to make my listings visible to buyers in US and Canada so have no need to list them on the US site
I use ebay.com (US site) for research because it is the bigger site with more prints sold which means more profitable print niches for us to discover!
If you spend some time researching Addall you will find that booksellers from many countries are listed not just the US, obviously you need to consider postage costs when deciding which books to buy but remember you already know the likely resale value of the prints so there is no guess work here.

I am interested in the suject of this ebook. I have your Prints make Profits and wonder how this book is different. Will it be a good additon to the Prints Make Profits book? Why?

Thanks for your question, Patrick
The Print Sorcery videos allow you to watch over my shoulder as I research and source my prints and give you a unique insight into my thought processes as I choose which books to buy.
I also use some advanced search techniques in the videos.
Prints Make Profits is still a great starting point and covers how to mat/mount which isn’t covered in the new product plus a more in depth look at the eBay listing skills.
The two products complement each other perfectly.

Hi Stuart, this looks like a great product for everyone interested in learning the rope from a master. I have often thought it is a good idea, but being an antiques dealer myself I hate to see lovely old books broken down and sol in pieces, even if they are tatty. Good for you for making it work though!
Enjoy the journey.
